The staff were cooperative and amicable too. The location was magnificent, not too far from a National Palaces Painting museum. We would definitely recommend the restaurant relatively close to the hotel, it was nice.

Luxury hotel, all of the staff were exceptional and pleasant, favourable location close to everything in Besiktas. The room met every demand, luxurious with garden view. Loved the food at their on-site restaurant Shang Palace.

I stayed 1 night and ca n't wait to go back when visiting Turkey.

The hotel was fairly clean and relaxing, liked the comfy beds. The staff were best and efficient, were waiting for us in the nice lobby. The breakfast was gorgeous with a lot of choice.

I liked the place due to excellent staff and rooms. The room was perfect with garden view, had wake-up service, that's cool.

It is undoubtedly an ultimate option when in Istanbul. Staff and rooms are very good, and the hotel is kept clean. The rooms are non-smoking with fantastic view and the overall experience is just perfect.

Magnificent rooms, comfortable beds - brilliant hotel. The continental breakfast was fine: pastries, yogurt, fruit, fresh bread and cheese. In the good area with restaurants and bars near the venue. The service was efficient, all people working there were friendly efficient.

We did n't have time and did n't visit the outdoor restaurant, but it seemed small. Also, X-ist was 1 mile away from the property.

The location was exceptionally nice, incredible breakfast and genuinely professional staff. Near bars and restaurants. Room was lovely and it had toiletries and toilet, that's cool. Perfect check-in was a bonus.

It was a very beautiful and very clean hotel. Plenty of supplies in the room : satellite television, a safe and a coffee machine. The room service was flawless too. The location was such lovely, just a pleasant stroll away from Yildiz Park.

Suitable for celebrating birthday. Liked how deluxe the property was. Besiktas district is worth seeing. The breakfast was full of good options.

Really loved that the venue offered a store in the hall. Its food was deliciuos, with a wide range of meals. Besides, we parked our car on site.
